Estudio interior en bajo semisótano para UNA persona. Cocina integrada , baño privado con ducha. Cama doble, ventilador de techo y calefacción por radiador eléctrico. Wifi incluído en el precio, agua y electricidad se pagan aparte. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Madrid, a pasos de la estación de metro de Anton Martín y Atocha.

This is a lower-ground floor, studio apartment on Calle Del Gobernador, Madrid. It's cosy home that houses all the necessities including a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and living-bedroom space.

It is perfect for young couples or professionals who want to settle in the city centre. Located away from the main rummage of the capital, you can really get the best of both worlds living here.

What we liked the most

  • Keeping a clean and tidy flat thanks to the heaps of storage space available.
  • Roaming the central streets of the city, and shutting it out and enjoying the peace and quiet in your home.
  • Kicking back and relaxing in front of a film on the television after a long day.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no oven in the property.
  • The property is interior and doesn't get much natural light.
