We think you will. This comfortable studio has everything you need. Like a squashy sofa and a TV. And the location is great. Quiet, residential, chic.

You’ll love the small details which make life easier. Pots and pans are provided, and there's even a washing machine. Plus a nifty curtain to separate the kitchen area from the rest of the studio.
We think it’s perfect for a postgraduate studying at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Or a professional with an office in nearby Chamartin. Either way, living here will shorten your commute considerably.

This is a furnished ground floor, studio apartment on Calle de Cea Bermúdez, Madrid. With a double bed, large sofa and lots of storage space, you're sure to be comfortable here. Smokers and their pets are welcome!
The apartment is ideal for someone who works or studies nearby and is looking to cut to down their commute - without straying too far from the centre.
What we liked the most
- Cuddling on the couch with your pet pooch – unwind at the end of the day.
- Grabbing a gang of friends and attempting one of the nearby Escape Rooms – will you escape in time?
- Being able to smoke in the studio – so you'll never be stuck smoking on the street in the rain.
Things to keep in mind
- Some pets are allowed...but no cats. If you're planning to bring a pet, message beforehand to make sure your dog/hamster/turtle/pet rock is welcome.
