A recently renovated studio apartment with AC is available to rent near Metro O'Donnell in Retiro. The apartment has a stylish, modern main room, where you can relax on the cozy sofa and watch TV, or serve up a delicious meal at the round dining table. The bedroom area is tastefully divided from the main room, and it has gorgeous wallpaper, a large double bed, and plenty of storage space for all your things. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, and a microwave. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and a heated towel rack.
You'll be living in Retiro, 1 of Madrid's most upscale, central, and tranquil neighborhoods. The apartment is just a 13-minute walk from the gorgeous Retiro Park, where you can spend sunny days taking long walks or having picnics under the sun. You'll find everything you could want around the neighborhood, including plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. And, with 3 Metro stations and the busy bus hub of Conde de Casal nearby, you'll always have quick transport to points across Madrid!
