This studio apartment available to rent is located in a building with several studios and a shared laundry room. The studio has one large window that lets in plenty of natural light and fresh air and comes with a double bed and couch. The main room also has a dining table for 4, as well as a wall-mounted television. There is a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Lavapiés is a lively district known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere. On Calle Ministriles, you are well-connected to the city with several metro stops nearby but have plenty to do in the area. Just a few minutes away you have Calle del Ave María, which has Indian restaurants, a vegan grocery store, and several other bars and restaurants. There are also several plazas and a cinema when in the mood for a relaxed night out.
What we liked the most
- The use of the laundry room (including detergents) is free.
- The studio is very bright as there is a lot of natural light coming in.
- The decor is very friendly and lively.
- The area is amazing, you will be living in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Madrid.
- From here, you can also go to other neighbourhoods such as Sol, La Latina, Malasaña.
