Beautiful penthouse-studio, with swimming pool, recently renovated, totally independent, and fully furnished, with hot and cold air conditioning, kitchenette, very sunny, parking available, with large garden, community pool and tennis court, concierge on the property. Does not have intercom. In front of the bus stop to Madrid, with access to Moncloa in fifteen minutes by the VAO Bus. Supermarket, three minutes walk, Majadahonda center ten minutes, and fifteen to the Majadahonda Market
