This bright and modern 31 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Lagasca in Salamanca. The apartment comprises an open-plan living area with a double bed, a kitchen corner, and a bathroom. The fittings and furnishings in the apartment are all modern and new.
Salamanca is one of the most desirable areas to live in the city. Not only is it well connected, with several Metro station in the district, and some of the major thoroughfares of the city bordering it, it is also a very upmarket district, full of good restaurants, classy bars, and boutique designer stores. Retiro Park borders the southern edge of the district, and Calle de Alcalá, one of the main shopping streets of the city, runs through it.
What we liked the most
- The apartment feels modern and new.
- We love the spotlights on the ceiling.
- There are wooden floors.
- You'll be living in desirable, central and well connected Salamanca.
