This modern and bright flat is located in the multicultural neighbourhood of Lavapiés, one of the most typical and bohemian areas of Madrid. It is an area well known for the great variety of restaurants and cultural activities. Metro stop is two min away, and museums about ten min walking distance.
The flat is newly renovated on a first floor of a classic building without elevator. You'll be in the heart of the city but in a quiet street. The flat is organised with an open concept of living room, dinning area and kitchen. Two balconies bring a lot of natural light into property. The bedroom and bathroom also has natural light!
