A cozy and modern studio apartment with AC, just last year fully renovated. The studio has a lot of natural light and is fully equipped, with a microwave/oven combi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer etc. It is perfectly located in the east end of Lavapiés, one of Madrid's historic and central neighborhoods. Though close to all highlights, museums, the city centre and shops and just steps away from the nearest metro, the studio is quiet and comfortable. Lavapiés is known for its multicultural vibe, the area is home to an assortment of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife hotspots and unique shops.
