Rooms.Madrid alquila esta fantástica habitación en piso compartido, ubicada en la calle Pico Cejo Nº8, que pertenece al madrileño distrito de Puente de Vallecas. Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión Wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con salón y una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, nevera, microondas), y todo el menaje necesario para que no tengas que preocuparte por nada mas (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería, utensilios de cocina, etc..) La casa es muy luminosa gracias a su orientación exterior. El piso dispone de un amplio baño completo, con plato de ducha.
Rooms.Madrid realiza una limpieza mensuales de las zonas comunes de este piso.
Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, centros culturales, piscina municipal de Vallecas, y a tan solo 3 min andando de la Puente de Vallecas. Esta calle está a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Puente de Vallecas (línea 1), llegarás en 15 min a Sol y a toda la zona céntrica de Madrid. La zona, además, cuenta con el paso de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades, a parte de que este piso esta a tan solo 5 min de la Avenida Albufera donde encontraras todo tipo de locales.
