Rooms Madrid alquila esta fantástica habitación en piso compartido, ubicada en la Calle Graena 18, que pertenece al madrileño distrito de Orcasur. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una cocina completamente amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, cocina a gas natural, lavadora, caldera, microondas, etc) el menaje necesario para instalarte sin preocupaciones (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con dos baños completos con plato de ducha
Rooms Madrid realiza dos limpieza al mes de las zonas comunes de este piso.
Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, la calle Graena, se enmarca en una zona privilegiada y por tanto ofrece todo tipo de servicios: pequeños comercios, restaurantes, bancos, supermercados, farmacias, centros de salud, centros culturales, Renfe a menos de 5 minutos a pie, etc.
La propiedad está a tan solo 5 min a pie de la estación de metro San Fermin- Orcasur (Línea 3) situada bajo la intersección de la Av. The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
