Excelente habitación en piso compartido, mucha luz exterior, amplia y muy tranquilo, la vivienda cuenta con todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir; habitación amoblada con cama amplia de 1,35cm, una mesita de noche, armario, un perchero de pared y escritorio, perfecto para tus horas de estudio o tele-trabajo. Cocina equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, vitroceramica, horno micro hondas, frigorífico, lavadora y utensilios (cubertería, ollas, sartenes…) allí podrás comer en la mesa usando los taburetes de la misma. Dispone de 2 baños con plato de ducha. Calefacción de gas natural. La cuota del alquiler NO incluye gastos de suministros, 60€ mensuales por persona. Uno de los grandes beneficios que tiene el piso es su grandiosa ubicación, en los alrededores hay bares, bancos, restaurantes, farmacias, centros médicos, pequeños comercios, supermercados, un lugar para disfrutar al aire libre es el Parque del Cerro del Tío Pio(con colinas, senderos, vistas).Y puedes disfrutar a solo 2 minutos de la avenida La Albufera (Vía principal), al lado se encuentra la estación del metro Nueva Numancia línea 1(L. AZUL) y varias líneas de autobús, a 7 minutos de la estación de Puerta de Atocha y a 10 minutos de la Puerta del Sol, a 12 min en Metro al campus sur de la UPM, 30 min en Metro y 10 min en coche a la ciudad universitaria, piso muy acogedor, excelente convivencia.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
