A newly built family home situated in a peaceful historic colony with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Very well situated, just a five to seven minute walk to Plaza Castilla, Chamartin train station, shops, bars and restaurants. Bus or metro easily straight into the centre of Madrid in twenty minutes. The large studio-style bedroom - living room - study with walk-in wardrobe, is very spacious with lots of light and a private bathroom.

Modern family house located in a quiet historic neighborhood with a nice garden and swimming pool. Very well located, only five to seven minutes walk to Plaza Castilla, Chamartin train station, stores, bars and restaurants. Bus or metro easily direct to the center of Madrid in twenty minutes. This large studio bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and a couch, andis very spacious with lots of light and a private bathroom. Located in the basement floor of the house, it is independent from the family rooms.
