The flat has electric heating and the water is heating with natural gas. Wifi is installed and ready to go. Clothes can be dried on the clothes line in the interior patio. The building has a doorman.
Spotahome's opinion
This stylish apartment comes with four large rooms, all with double beds and a large comfortable living room. Two bathrooms and an up to date kitchen complete what is a great apartment in a desirable location. It would be great for IE business school students which is just a stone's throw away. The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift and has a minimum stay of 60 days
What we liked the most
- The rooms are all well decorated, spacious and come with double beds.
- This flat comes with electric heating, which keeps the flat warm in winter. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher.
- The flat is very practical, having two bathrooms and a large, airy living room.
- All utilities are included in the rent.
Things to keep in mind
To formalize bookings with monthly rent of 0€ in April and May tenant must contact landlord to pay the deposit.
Deposit must be paid and contract signed as soon as possible, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

There you find access to lines 4, 6, 7 and 9 of the metro, as well as city buses, an airport bus, as well as long distance buses that can take you all over Spain. The flat is also just an 8 minute walk from Ruben Dario metro stop, which has access to the line 5, which offers the quickest route to the heart of the city centre.
