Located on the third floor. The building has an elevator and a doorman working on site. There is central heating available throughout the house, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The water heater operates on natural gas. You can dry your washing using a rack in the balcony or the ropes over the outside patio, but rent includes a laundry service (clothes collection, washing and drying). All bills (power, cleaning, heating, rubbish collection and body corporate fees) are also included in the rent. Please notice that the landlady has two cats.

¿Quieres vivir conmigo y con Zipi y Galleta (dos gatos) en el centro de Madrid, en una habitación, luminosa, con calefacción y aire acondicionado y un baño exclusivo para tí?. Tenemos muy cerca el Museo Reina Sofía y de Renfe Atocha, Museo del Prado y Parque del Retiro. Pero también bares, tabernas, teatros, en un barrio muy vivo?. Te esperamos.
Preferiblemente se alquila a estudiantes educados o jóvenes profesionales, que no pretendan hacer fiestas en casa, y que quieran ver cómo vive una familia española. Muy bien comunicado con la Universidad Carlos III y la Universidad Complutense.

Two single bedrooms available for rent in a charming three bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The third room is occupied by the owner, who lives on site with her two cats. This lovely 80 sqm flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny living area with a large balcony overlooking the streets of lively Embajadores. This neighbourhood is right in the centre of the city and is one of the best areas to live in Madrid. All bills and a convenient laundry service are included in the monthly rent.

What we liked the most
- This welcoming apartment is beautifully decorated and has a charming rustic feel. It is quiet and peaceful, has lovely light wooden floors and gets lots of natural light.
- The kitchen is brand new and equipped with crisp white cabinets offering plenty storage space.
- From the living room, you can access a large balcony decorated with beautiful pot plants and offering nice views over the street. When you feel like taking a break, you can step into the balcony for some fresh air and relax watching the world go by under your feet.

She would like to see an ID and proof of enrolment/work contract in order to sign the contract.
