- Bills: € 60€ per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it. If you rent a 4-bedroom apartment, bills are 240€.
- The deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the monthly bill amount and should be paid, along with the first month’s bills, prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned under normal usage conditions.
- Admin Fee:is equivalent to one month’s rent and it is payable in cash at check-in.
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)
