Apartment located in the Moncloa area right next to Islas Filipinas Metro station, with all amenities near by (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants etc.),CANAL Park for sports activities. Close to the Argüelles shopping area,12 minutes walk from the Fundación Jimenez Díaz Hospital, 10 minutes from the San Pablo CEU University and 8 minutes from the Faculty of Commerce ´ Tourism. The apartment was refurbished in April 2017 and is in excellent condition. It has two fully equipped bathrooms, living room ´ and a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators.

Tenants between 18-33 years old only
- Bills: € 50 per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus monthly bills value and should be paid before check in with the admin fee y the 1st month bills.
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)
- Check-out: Monday to Sunday.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties are not allowed
- You need a letter of acceptance from the university or employment contract + ID or Passport.
- Weekly cleaning once a week
- 24/7 technical support. Night shifts: € 50 per emergency.
