You will love the location. You're close to the city centre and nearby universities. There's a vibrant nightlife here too, as well as big leafy parks, theatres, museums and plenty of shops.
We think it’s ideal for social butterflies looking for a newly renovated living space. The bathrooms are brand new, the kitchen is spacious, and the living room is cosy (with a funky sofa!).

This property is ideal for social butterflies looking for a trendy, central spot to explore. Grab your new friends and check out the vibrant nightlife, or head out for a walk through the beautiful Parque del Oeste.
What we liked the most
- Enjoying meals in the kitchen — then watching movies in the living room.
- Having a shiny new bathroom — there's nothing better than a clean, modern bathroom.
