This spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Camarena, in Aluche, has a tidy room for rent and a live-in landlady. The common areas of the house have comfortable furnishings and there are large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is small, but has everything that you need to cook.
The apartment is located in Aluche, a quiet residential area within easy reach of the city centre. Aluche is known for being family friendly neighborhood, with several parks and running trails. There are plenty of shops and good restaurants to explore close by, and public transport is handy to get you around the city.
What we liked the most
- There is a large balcony off the living room, perfect for enjoying Madrid's sunny days!
- The kitchen is organized well and includes an eat-in area with a table and 2 chairs.
- The apartment has a classic decor and plenty of charm with wood paneling and hardwood floors.
- The available room is set up well for a student and includes storage and a large desk.
- Aluche is a great neighborhood to escape the commotion of central Madrid, but still has all of the conveniences you need at your fingertips.
- Instead of shopping in downtown Madrid, check out the The Plaza de Aluche shopping mall, which has everything from local boutique stores to international fashion designers.
