Spacious and bright apartment with three exterior facades. There are two full bathrooms with bathtub or shower and natural ventilation window, you can agree to share or split with the other tenants. The kitchen is gorgeous.
Floors have been entirely renovated with floating wood floors, walls and ceilings are freshly painted, since this summer.
The apartment is surrounded by green areas, and there are sport facilities near by. It is close to Cuidad Universitaria, and well connected with Principe Pio, Mocloa and the city center.
