Hola! Soy Rosa y alquilo una habitación de 12 m con baño privado, totalmente amueblada, en un piso amplio, luminoso y recién reformado de 100 m a un paso de El Retiro. Todas las comodidades incluidas: portero, agua, luz y gas incluido, Internet, lavadora y secadora. Limpieza semanal de la casa al completo, a pagar aparte. Piso moderno, completamente equipado y decorado con estilo. A compartir conmigo. IMPORTANTE: Se trata de un alquiler de media estancia, hasta diciembre de 2025 máximo. Se solicitará DNI/pasaporte, 3 últimas nóminas, fianza de 850€ y mes en curso.
