Se alquilan acogedoras habitaciones en el barrio de Usera, una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. El inmueble está distribuido en 4 habitaciones, es 4to piso sin ascensor, todas las habitaciones cuentan con baño privado, y una cocina equipada con electrodomésticos (vitro, horno, microondas, refrigerador), menaje, espacio para comer, tendedero exterior y todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia cómoda y placentera. Además, dispone de calefacción a gas natural y aire acondicionado (consultar condiciones).
La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a la línea 3 y 6 de metro a 800m, la línea 78 de autobús solo 1min y solo 8min andando de la estación de Renfe 12 de octubre. En las cercanías se encuentran supermercados como el día a solo 5 min andando, comercios, restaurantes, bares ideales para tus días de ocio, zonas verdes y el Hospital 12 de octubre, lo que lo hace ideal para parejas, o estudiantes que buscan comodidad y buena conexión.
