La vivienda es amplia, luminosa y bien distribuida, con espacios confortables que aseguran una estancia agradable. Se encuentra distribuida en cocina, habitaciones y un baño.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, con armarios y buenas vistas. El baño ha sido reformado y la cocina está completamente equipada con menaje y electrodomésticos (nevera, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, placa de inducción).
