El edificio cuenta con 16 habitaciones privadas distribuidas en 3 plantas. Las zonas comunes, como la cocina totalmente equipada y las áreas de descanso, son compartidas con otros inquilinos, creando un ambiente amigable y multicultural. La conexión a internet está incluida, lo que facilita tus estudios o trabajo remoto.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED

Landlord request documents to validate your request. If you don't provide them, your request will be rejected.The salary of the tenant or parents in the case of students must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

Documents required:

  • ID / Passport for all tenants

For self-employed: Last income tax return

For students:

  • University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property
  • Proof that the salary of the parent is at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

For Professionals:

  • Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
  • Proof that the salary of the tenantis at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
  • Last two Pay slips.
  • Spanish Vida Laboral, if applicable

***Important***If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
