Se alquilan habitaciones en un amplio y acogedor piso ubicado en el barrio de Villaverde. A solo 3min andando de la estancia San Cristóbal de los Ángeles de Renfe (C3) Y 900m de la línea 3 de metro, con múltiples opciones de comercio y zonas verdes como el Parque. De las ardillas, y también Polideportivo Municipal Raúl González. A 700m el supermercado DIA y 1km del Mercadona.
El piso cuenta con calefacción de gas natural, lo que asegura un ambiente cálido y confortable en los meses más fríos, además de ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones para los días más calurosos.
El baño está completamente equipado con un moderno plato de ducha. La cocina es muy funcional y dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios: microondas, horno, vitrocerámica, espacio de desayuno y despensa, proporcionando espacio adicional para almacenaje. Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
