⚠️ Important Information ⚠️ The landlord typically charges an administration fee equal to one month’s rent. However, if your booking both starts and ends between May 2025 and August 2025, this fee will not apply.
Bookings outside of these dates will be subject to the standard one-month administration fee.

Mattress: Comes with a mattress cover only. A €10 fee for the cover must be paid upon check-in.
