⚠️ Important Information ⚠️ The landlord typically charges an administration fee equal to one month’s rent. However, if your booking both starts and ends between May 2025 and August 2025, this fee will not apply.
Bookings outside of these dates will be subject to the standard one-month administration fee.
Rental Policies & Information
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
- Languages Spoken by Landlord: English and Spanish.
- Landlord Residence: The landlord does not live on the property.
- Room Furnishings: Please note that certain items visible in the photos (e.g., plants, laptop) are for display purposes only and are not included.
- Bed Linen & Towels: Not provided. Tenants must bring their own.
- Mattress: Comes with a mattress cover only. A €10 fee for the cover must be paid upon check-in.

- An administration fee equal to one month’s rent is required.
- A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is also required.
- Both the admin fee and security deposit (if applicable) must be paid before check-in.
- There is a monthly charge of €5 per tenant for shared cleaning products.

🕒 Check-In & Booking Policy
- Weekend Bookings: Bookings finalized over the weekend will have the earliest possible check-in on the following Monday at 16:00.
- Same-Day Bookings: For bookings confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in will be the next day at 16:00.

Find your home 100% online
With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
