- The Deposit should be paid before Check In
- Bills: pay apart upon invoice usually 40 to 50 € per month for rooms
- Rooms with single bed are for 1 pax no couples
- One Exit Fee of 75 €
- For July and August the Admin Fee will be only 200 € instead of 300 € for rooms and 300 € instead of 400 € for Studios
- Check-in/out:
- Check in Mon - Thu from 13:00 to 18:00

- Outside business hours 75€ extra.
