Very suitable for young students and workers. 4 fully furnished rooms, 1 bathroom to share, spacious kitchen and living room. Very well connected by bus and Renfe (Las Margaritas and El Casar). Only 25 minutes from Atocha Renfe by train, 30 minutes from Sol and close to the Juan de la Cierva stop of Metro Sur.

- Bills: € 60€ per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it. If you rent a 4-bedroom apartment, bills are 240€.
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus monthly bills value and should be paid before check in with the admin fee and the 1st month bills.
- Admin fee: 1 month
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)
- Check-out: Monday to Sunday.
