Wonderful apartment of 90 m², newly renovated, located in the heart of Madrid, a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the whole area of the Austrias district. Very well connected. Metro lines 1 and 2, suburban Renfe-Sol.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom en suite, the other two rooms are exterior with balcony, living room-kitchen and bathroom. Each room has its own TV and internet connection.
Ideal for young professionals or students.
It has a fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator.
Close to all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and multiple cultural offer.
