Villaviciosa is home of the UEM Universidad Europea de Madrid campus, making this apartment perfect for those wanting to be near campus, but have access to Madrid by public transport. The area of the apartment is 30 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- There’s also a pool and really cool patio that makes the apartment ideal during the warmer months

The 518 bus provides service to Madrid dropping you off at the Príncipe Pío bus station. Príncipe Pío offers Metro connections to Lines 6 and 10, as well as the Ramal Ópera-Príncipe Pío and Cercanías commuter train service.
