4-bedroom apartment for rent, located in one of the fastest growing neighborhoods of the city, Aluche. The up-and-coming commercial area has plenty of shops, supermarkets and cafes nearby, and is also near Casa de Campo, the largest green space in Madrid. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is 85m²
The fully equipped and modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, and oven. The comfortable living room has a large and comfy sofa and dining table with five chairs. Each bedroom has been uniquely decorated and comes totally equipped with all basic necessities including an individual bed, study desk, and closet.
What we liked the most
- This flat has been very tastefully remodelled and is now fully up to date with new furnishings and wooden laminate floors.
- This area is great for people who want to be outdoors as it is surrounded by parks and is right next to the Casa de Campo, Madrid's largest green space. The flat is also walking distance from Madrid’s' Theme Park and its Zoo.
