Spacious newly renovated apartment overlooking the communal gardens available for rent in Puerta del Angel.
The apartment has parquet flooring and central heating, spacious rooms with fitted closets and large windows insulating the cold / heat. It has new high-end appliances, as well as video projector, powerful wifi throughout the house, concierge service and elevator.
The street where the house is located is a privilege for its manicured gardens. Right next to the Madrid Rio and 5 minutes from the entrance of the Casa de Campo. You have the advantages of being outside the M30. Free parking area (SER) but, very close to the city center. 5 minutes from the Bicimad service and 20 minutes walk from the Royal Palace. It is a very nice area of the city.
