Elegant and renovated flat located in the central neighbourhood of La Latina, which has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. This area is located in a great point of interest of the city, adjacent to tourist areas such as Austrias, Sol-Gran Vía and Lavapiés, each of them will offer a vision of Madrid, from a more cultural, gastronomic and leisure sense. The streets of La Latina have a medieval origin, which makes it more attractive, with mostly irregular and narrow streets that lead to beautiful squares, among them you will find the Plaza de la Cebada.

OTHER RULES:
- Garbage must be deposited in the containers that are enabled for this purpose outside the building at the established hours.
- The reserved apartment can only be occupied by the people indicated in the booking request.
- The apartment must be delivered in the same general cleaning conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of € 150 will be charged.
- If due to the behavior of any of the occupants of the apartment an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the apartment of all the occupants.
- Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet
- It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Tickets (arrival day) after 9:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of 35€. Entries after 24:00 hours will have an additional charge of 50€

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
