It's located five min walking from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, seven min walking from Metro and Train Station (Getafe Central), three min from the center of Getafe, twenty min by tren from the heart of our beloved Madrid, thirteen min by metro Campus Universidad Carlos III in Leganés o Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Fuenlabrada, Alcorcón). The registration not allowed.
The area and neighbourhood is very quiet with the common garden.
