This is an amazing ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle De Estanislao Figueras, Madrid. It boasts a spacious living room, very stylish decor, and an unbeatable location.
We think this apartment is perfect for outgoing professionals. Want to live in Centro but don't want to pay Centro prices? Príncipe Pío might just be the next best thing. Smoker? Open the windows and puff away.
What we liked the most

Things to keep in mind
- There is currently construction work going on down the road. Our home checker, Marcos, did not hear anything during his visit but there might be some noise from time to time.
