Rent this 1-bedroom apartment located right on the border of neighbourhoods Centro and Lavapies in Madrid. It has a bright living room that leads out onto the balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen albeit quite compact. It has two bedrooms with double beds with standalone wardrobes. Couples are allowed.
Lavapiés is a great central district to live in. It's well connected with public transportation, and has all of the entertainment and amenities you could hope for. Within a 1-minute walk from your front door, you'll find a bakery, hairdresser, a Lidl supermarket, several restaurants and bars, and even a gym. You're only a 5-minute walk from Teatro La Latina, where you can catch live theater performances. And within 10-15 minutes, you can reach many famous Madrid landmarks and attractions, like Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace of Madrid.

- We loved the terrace - great watching the world go by!
- It has such a great open plan living and dining area!
