The property has plenty of charm, with a spacious living area and fashionable furnishings. There are 2 nicely tiled bathrooms and 1 fully equipped modern kitchen. Heating and AC are installed throughout.
Delicias is a vibrant and affordable spot, close to the centre of Madrid. There's plenty to see and do here, with trendy bars, outdoor terraces and good local restaurants; plus film nights and art shows. Madrid's Planetarium is just a short stroll away, and public transport is close by.
