This gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle Velarde is on the third floor and located in Malasaña. There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. Both are cozy and bright. The bathroom, which has a tub, is spacious. The main room has an open concept with two sunny windows. The modern L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining table, and the living area is furnished with a sofa with chaise, plus another actual chaise longue.
Malasaña is a neighborhood north of the city center. It’s so close that you can walk there in 15 minutes. Of course, the rest of the city descends on this area, especially on weekends. It’s known for its trendy bars and cool nightclubs. Taboo Madrid is a concert hall just down the street. There are also a few theaters and museums, and Mercado de Barceló is a great place for groceries.
What we liked the most
- The apartment gets ample natural light.
- There is AC in the main room.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- The decor is pretty cool.
