It has two bright windows, a wardrobe, dining table, and seating area with a TV. The kitchen is cozy but fully equipped, and it includes a washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower stall. The double bedroom has AC, lots of storage, and a gorgeous view from its 2 windows.
Argüelles is a casual and laid-back residential area, brimming with small tapas bars and restaurants serving up local cuisine. You’re only a 20-minute walk away from the city center and just a couple of minutes from the trendy Plaza de España. Modern architectural landmarks like Edificio España are close by, and so are historical sites like the Descalzas Reales Monastery. You’re near a shopping mall, a cinema, and a few nightclubs too.
