This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Valderribas in Retiro, covers a spacious 50 m² and opens out onto a lovely private patio. The property is equipped with both heating and AC, and has a charming living area, separate kitchen, and 1 beautifully renovated bathroom.
The apartment is located in a nice residential area, only 6 minutes from the Metro. There is a shopping centre with a large supermarket and a movie theatre a 15-minute walk away, and you can get to El Retiro Park in 20 minutes on foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated.
- The bedroom is interior, making it quiet for a good night sleep.
- The living area receives good natural light, and is furnished with a dining table, sofa, and television.
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, and dishwasher.
- The bathroom is beautifully tiled and offers a bathtub.
