Barrio muy animado y edificio en zona tranquila. Vivienda, igualmente, muy tranquila. Al lado metro Quevedo, Iglesia y Bilbao. Al lado parada de bus 16 y 61 a la Ciudad Universitaria. Grandes superficies a menos de 100-200 metros como Carrefour, Lidl, BM, Mercadona, Hipercor... Vivienda reformada y amueblada hace 2,5 años, con 3 dormitorios, uno con cama de 135 y 2 con camas de 110 cm. con canapé de almacenamiento. Todos con mesa, sillón e iluminación de trabajo. Cocina con todos los enseres ( platos, cubiertos, vasos). Dispone de lavadora lavavajillas, frigorífico, vitrocerámica, microondas..
