This elegant apartment in Paseo de la Castellana is perfect for those looking for comfort and a functional space in one of the most dynamic areas of Madrid. With a modern and cozy design, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The day area features a spacious and bright living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of work or studies. Equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and a dining table to enjoy your meals. The kitchen, integrated into the space, is fully equipped with modern appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, mini-blender and coffee maker, as well as complete kitchenware to facilitate the day to day. It also includes a washing machine and dryer.
In the night area, the apartment has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and spacious closets, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and storage space, ideal to adapt to different needs. The bathroom, modern and functional, is equipped with shower and high quality finishes.
