This charming and stylish 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de la Ribera in Madrid's exciting La Latina neighbourhood. The modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and the living room, which has a dining table and a couch, is the perfect place to enjoy them. The interior bedroom is nice and quiet and has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
La Latina is a charming part of the city where you will find great restaurants and bars on almost every cobblestoned street and it is host to Madrid's largest flea market, El Rastro, every Sunday. Living here you will be within walking distance of some of the city's most famous sights and close to 2 well-connected metro stations. You will find everything you need in day-to-day life in the streets outside and there is a movie theater nearby for those rare rainy days.
For bookings longer than 12 months the rental price will be €1050.
What we liked the most
- We liked the old-fashioned elevator which is typical for Madrid.
- The bedroom is cosy and has a lot of storage space in the big built-in wardrobe.
- The fully equipped kitchen is very modern and stylishly decorated.
- The living room has a sofa bed, excellent for housing guests.
- The location is excellent. La Latina is a fun and exciting area and on Sundays you will be right in the heart of El Rastro (Madrid's biggest flea market).
