Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) It is a modern furnished apartment of 70m2, decorated with a lot of style and personality. The day area has a cozy living room, semi-integrated to the kitchen and office. These last two spaces have overhead lighting that gives a very special touch to the environment. The impeccable kitchen has been equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. On the other hand, in the office area you can work or study, as appropriate, with total comfort. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with enough storage space in the closet. The bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower and bathtub at the same time. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. In addition, on a higher level, you can access the private terrace, where you can relax and unwind from the day. Optional parking space: 120€. Located in an area with many services and good connection to the center. Very close to the apartment is the Agustin Rodriguez Sahagun Park and the Parque de los Pinos, ideal for relaxing, hiking, sports or meeting with friends for outdoor activities. The nearest subway station is “Valdeacederas” (1), 10 minutes walking distance.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
