On the upper floor, a spacious living room with Chili out, two beautiful large attic bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Construction with real wooden beams, Very special decoration with selected pieces, fantastic to stay in an area like Malasaña, close to everything and very authentic of Madrid Center. Classic building in the area, with a panoramic elevator to a charming interior patio.
Air conditioning in the rooms and living rooms. Washer, dryer and full kitchen. All beds are large. Downstairs both bedrooms 1.80x2.00 m and upstairs both 1.50x2.00 m
