Things to keep in mind
One dog is allowed under conditions (only one, with cleanup upon departure at the guest's expense). If neighbors complain about barking after leaving them alone all day, they would have to leave, with no refund of rent. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
Ideal tenants: individuals or couples coming for seasonal work or studies, with supporting documentation, ideally for a period of 4-5 months.
