Piso reformado y amueblado, en la cuarta planta de una emblemática corrala rehabilitada frente al mercado de San Fernando. Con ascensor. Vecindario muy tranquilo. Piso perfectamente aprovechado y dispone de dos habitaciones. De orientación sur, tiene sol en invierno sin ser caluroso en verano y, pese a no dar a la calle, tiene vistas al exterior. A cinco min. del metro de Lavapiés, seis de Embajadores y a ocho de La Latina o Acacias. Recientemente, hemos mejorado el almacenamiento con un armario muy grande y también hay sillas nuevas.
