Coliving located in the centre of Madrid, 2 minutes from Tirso de Molina metro station and 7 minutes from Sol metro station, close to La Latina area with all services close to the flat (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants...). El Corte Inglés is just a few minutes away, as well as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Palacio de Oriente. Excellent location. The building in which it is located has a lift. The property has been refurbished and adapted for use as a flat for young professionals. The flat has a common area; equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room.
