This flat of 100 m² (about 1075 ft²) is located in Villeurbanne. It is located on the ground floor of a recently built and modern residence, equipped with a lift. It is composed of 7 rooms served by an entrance 12 m², as follows: a kitchen of 12.5 m², a bathroom of more than 4 m², an independent toilet, and 5 bedrooms. You will find a very beautiful bedroom of 23 m² with its private bathroom, a large 15 m² bedroom, a 13 m² bedroom, another of 12 m² and a last one of 10 m². The flat is rented fully equipped. All the rooms have plenty of storage space. Four of the bedrooms have access to the flat's spacious 30 m² terrace, which is less than 5 minutes' walk from public transport, including the metro A. Local shops are less than 10 minutes away.
