What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
La Grange Emnitan est une grande maison mitoyenne classée 5\*. Elle est aménagée sur 3 étages et peut accueillir jusque 12 personnes très confortablement répartis dans 4 belles chambres doubles au deuxième niveau et sur la mezzanine au troisième niveau deux espaces nuits.
Au premier niveau, une magnifique cheminée suspendue trône au milieu du salon. La grande baie vitrée s'ouvre sur la terrasse et le jardin coté rue. De part et d'autre du salon se trouvent le home cinéma et la salle de jeux avec un babyfoot. Du coté repas, vous trouverez une grande table à manger où 12 convives pourront manger. La baie vitrée coté salon donne accès à la terrasse arrière. Vous profiterez du salon de jardin ou de la table extérieur pour prendre vos repas préparés dans la cuisine d’été composée d’une plancha pour les barbecues. Vous serez protégés par une belle voile d'ombrage pour lorsque vous profiterez du Jacuzzi ou du spa de nage à contre-courant.
Au second niveau se trouvent aux quatre coins, les quatre chambres : deux avec des lits doubles et deux avec des lits à l’italienne (qui peuvent, selon vos souhaits, être préparés en un couchage double ou deux couchages simples). Chaque chambre dispose d'une enceinte Sonos et d'un écran de télévision ainsi que de nombreux rangements. Vous trouverez également une grande salle de bain avec une double-vasque, une baignoire, une douche et une toilette. Le troisième niveau est un espace ouvert de style loft. Il est composé de deux espaces nuits avec deux couchages simples chacun, séparés par une salle de douche avec double-vasque et toilette. L'espace fitness est composé d'un tapis de course, d'un vélo elliptique, d'un rameur et d'une table de massage. Dans la salle de jeux se trouve une télévision avec des consoles de jeux vidéo.
L'arrêt du bus 68 se trouve a 200m de la Grange Emnitan. La ligne de bus 68 permet relie la Grange Emnitan à l'aéroport de Genève Cointrin (GVA), l'arrêt du CERN qui permet de prendre le tram 18 vers Genève, ainsi que Val Thoiry. En voiture, Palexpo/l'aéroport sont accessible en 15 minutes. Vous serez au centre de Genève en 20 minutes (sauf pendant les heures de pointe).
